Personally Built

personaltrainerberkshire

Safe and convenient training to your home, garden or the gym.

Gyms can be intimidating and take time to get to, so to increase your chances of achieving your fitness goals, each week I will come to you at a time and place that is convenient.  We will fit your training around your commitments - yes even if that is 6am in the morning!

If you don't have a home gym then we just need some space, either inside or out. Either a garden or a local park will do.  I will ensure our sessions are covid secure and bring any (sanitised) equipment required, all you need is your gym kit.

Elements of your personalised fitness plan

Your fitness programme will typically include a blend of one or more of the following:

  •   1-2-1 or 1-2-2 training session (bodyweight, resistance or endurance)

  •   Aeorobic training - typically High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

  •   Running / Cycling or other event specific training

  •   Easy to follow flexible nutrition advice (no fad diets or off-limit food)

Depending on your fitness goals, your fitness programme will be 6 -12 weeks duration.  By then good fitness habits should be developing and you should be seeing and feeling significant progress. To help you maintain your gains and lifelong change I also offer clients an ongoing maintenance programme.
