"So, I’ve been using Martin’s Personal Best App for about 8 weeks now. I’ve booked a skiing holiday for the first time in 8 years and I was a little bit nervous about being fit and ready to do it. I found it absolutely brilliant; it was a nice gentle start. I just gradually built up and I’m feeling quite strong in my legs and my thighs. I’ve just been on the dry ski slope here and it’s all been great. I’m really happy with the way it’s gone.
I think the main thing for me is the accountability. I’m always putting off fitness, any excuse to not do any exercise and when I’m feeling a bit down or I don’t want to do it, I just think about having to sign on and check in. I don’t want to let him down or myself down, so that to me has been the secret to success. So, I’m hoping that I can go skiing in France in a few weeks and that will be good."

"Hi there, just to say I used Personal Best to help me lose that stubborn menopause weight that you gain. I just wanted to lose a stone; I’d tried other diet plans, leaving out carbs, doing the fasting thing, but nothing seemed to shift it. Then I tried the Personal Best app, doing the exercises 3 times a week, sticking to the meal plan and the calorie intake.
In 13 weeks, I lost my stone. And while I don’t log anything now, it sort of changes the way you think about food, so you know how much you can eat. I’ve kept my stone off and I haven't been doing the plan now for about a month or two. I've managed to keep the weight off, so it's amazing; it was just a miracle for me I have to say. So, yeah, try it yourself, I recommend it!"

He’s given me the confidence to do that and he’s helped me pass many times. Overall he’s been a really good support to me.
We have weekly sessions where we do a lot of different varieties of exercises, whether it be running around the yard or me doing weight management, but yeah, he’s been a really big support and I really recommend him."
