Hi, I’m Martin, a qualified, fully insured personal trainer with over 20 years of experience.

 

At 48, I’m “longer in the tooth” than your average trainer, and that’s a good thing. My background as a London lawyer and marketing manager taught me the value of clear communication, accountability, and consistency, all essential for lasting health improvements.
